As you conduct your daily business, and I do not necessarily mean your business, but what you do in a day. The people you meet, the small business owners you meet. Ask yourself, "Is this the best that can be done?" To me it is amazing how many business owners are inept at what they do, and do not seem to care that they are. Or perhaps they don't know they are. My guess is once upon a time they thought the had learned all there was to know, and now they have stopped.

And now everything that is not going right in their business is caused by a force outside of themselves. Economy, discounters, chain stores, etc. But for just about every business problem there is a solution, there is a method that you could take to discourage the ailment.

Tomorrow we will look at a very specific recurring incident in my business, and the ways that I could help alleviate it. Because I got to tell you, this problem come sup repeatedly, and it is out of my hands 100%.
